What a crazy day. I have been up seen 3 am thanks to the weather and loud weather radar alarm that we have. After getting the kids up and going downstairs for 10 minutes, it was hard to get Hollie back to sleep, then I could not go back to sleep until 5:15. my alarm goes off at 5:30...I found out that daycare was closed when I drove up and the power was out, so Hollie and I came back home. I worked from home until my phone and Internet connection was lost, while I was on the phone with a client. So, I left to go to the bank to find out that they were closed as well, so Hollie and I drove around to look at the damage. There is a lot of damage in the Leeds area. Finally around 7:15 tonight our phone and Internet connection was restored. WAHOO!!! :)
What a crazy day....
Ok, I am going to do the same thing that Jennifer is doing. I am going to post some old pictures that I found. Hope you enjoy them....
I will post one or two a day....I am staring with this one .......Nanny and Hollie.

What a week....
I know it has been a week since I have blogged....so here goes
Monday- no school for Trenton. he has to go to daycare with Hollie. He is not happy about that. However, he had a great day. He ended up helping organize the daycare library. The other boy that was supposed to help quit after one hour, but Trenton hung in there ALL day. Therefore, since he was soooo good and soooo helpful, he got to do something that no one else at daycare can do. He got to bring 2, yes 2 books home from the daycare library. Normally they are not allowed to leave daycare with books, but they made an exception for Trenton this time.
Tuesday-back to school for Trenton and normal routine for Hollie. Both had good days.
Wednesday-still no issues everything is good. Gail went in for her surgery and as of right now everything is fine. Keep your fingers crossed- she had a 3 in 1. Three surgeries at one time. WOW....She is in a lot of pain right now.
Thursday- Hollie did not have a good day at daycare. She is on RED for pushing and spitting on a little girl in her class. So for this we took her babies away for the rest of the week- she can have them back on Saturday. Her daddy also took away her crayons for the night.
Gail is doing much better. the pain has decreased and she is feeling better. hopefully she will get to go home tomorrow. YEA!
Friday- WOW-Hollie is on RED again. This time for everything. I received two , yes 2 very detailed uh-oh notes at daycare this afternoon. Here is what was checked on the notes: excessive talking, hitting/fighting, talking back/arguing/disrespectful, disobeying teachers, interrupting group time, and disruptive during class time. She hit a friend and refused to go to time out and pitched a fit. So, she has been GROUNDED from tv, babies, crayons/pens (her favorite next to babies). She received a spanking from me and was put in time out when she got home. Her daddy and I both had a talk with her explaining that this was unacceptable behavior and it will not be tolerated.
Gail got to go home this morning. She is doing much better. She will just have to realize that she can not go back to her normal routine just yet. She is going to have to take it easy and rest. Jennifer came up and will be here for a week to help and cook for them.
Saturday is tryouts for Trenton for baseball. Wish him good luck. Hollie does not have to tryout for cap ball, they will just split them up on a team. We should know something by next weekend who the coaches are for both of them. Then it will start, a crazy, busy months to come.
Saturday night we will be going to my moms house for dinner. She is cooking for my bday and Jeff's bday.
Keep your fingers crossed, Jeff starts Monday with his new company. Hopefully everything will go well with that. Just keep him in your prayers during this transition.
Other than that things are good.
So, I guess that is it for now, I will blog tomorrow and let you know how the tryouts go for Trenton.
love you all

Way to go Trenton-1st place
Ok, so I have to brag on Trenton and his team. They had a roll off today to see who won first place for the league because they won one half of the league and the other team won one half of the league---so roll off here we come. Well, Trenton's team did it. They won 1st place. This is WONDERFUL!!!! I am so proud of him and his team. He is doing great. He is really learning. He is better at picking up splits and doing other things. Jeremy, one of his team mates, bowled his highest today, a 236. Way to go Jeremy.
Trenton also brought home a good progress report this week. His two lowest grades were an 86. So he has time to bring those up and hopefully have another report card with all A's.
Hollie is doing good in both bowling and school. She is learning a lot in school and it really shows. She is learning how to write and can write Hollie with no issues. Her 'e' is still upside down, but at least you can tell it is an 'e' now, before you could not tell what it was. She is doing good with her numbers too. She is getting so big....
Speaking of getting big, Little Jaxson will be 1 year old next month. Wow, were did the time go. It seems like yesterday we were going to NICU to see him. I got to see him roll over completely today, and he is starting to do the goo-goo's and da-da's. It is cute and he is sooo cute.
Cherish the time you have with your kids while you can, before you know it they will be adults. Take lots of pictures and make lots of memories with them.
Ok, well we are going to have some family time now, so I will blog later
love you all....

Well, I got the dreaded call from daycare....."Mrs. Graham Hollie has a fever, you have to come get her." So, I leave work at 11:40 to go get her and take her to the doctor to find out that she has the beginnings of an ear infection. NO big deal, I will take that over a virus or the flu any day. Well, I guess Dr Pound was having an off day because instead of liquid amoxil she gave Hollie chewable tablets. Hollie was not happy with them, I believe her words were "this is disgusting". The bad part that she doesn't know yet it that she has to take one 3 times a day.
Trenton on the other hand is like Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. (I think that is right) He is good, no lying, good attitude, no temper, no anger and then all of the sudden, the anger, temper and bad attitudes comes out and then the lying comes. I ask that you continue to pray for him. I am not sure what is going on, Every time I ask him what is wrong, of if he wants to talk, he just says "nothing is wrong" " I am fine" So I am at a loss of what to do. Again, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Gota share
I just got back from Coldwater, Alabama. I went to Erica's chruch (Erica is Trenity's friend). We went to see the comedian Lanny Moody. He is from Altanta Georgia. If you have never seen him, you need to find out where he is going to be that is close to you and go see him. He is very funny. Nothing nasty or rude, just very funny! We are going to book him ofr our church, I will let you know when so you can come see him. It will be worth your drive.
