Update

I thought with All Stars being over that we might slow down......think again....We had to go watch the 10 and 12 year old world series in Moody. We had two bday parties last weekend that we went too...
This week was VBS week at Trenity's church. The kids had a great time. The really love going to VBS. Trenton has gone every year for the last 5 years. Hollie started going this year and loved it. tonight (Friday) was the last night of VBS and we the church did a hotdog roast and marshmellow roast. I had to leave Jeff and the kids there for about 30 minutes so that I could go met the other moms on the team to collect money for the trophies that I ordered. Our team part is August 4th, it will be a swimming/pizza party.
I am hoping this week will be a little bit slower for me so that I can rest and catch up on some other things......Well, I think I am going to go to bed now so that I can be rested for tomorrow. I am going to clean house before we go eat at Kobe's for Gail's bday.
By the way....Jaxson is doing very well....he is gaining weight....continue the prayers....they are really working!!

Moody 8 year old Allstars

I want to give a HUGE congrats to all the boys: Trenton, Nick, Mitch, Louie, Christian, Dutton, Chandler, Aaron, Hunter, Caleb, David, Logan for placing 4th out of 18 teams in the state tournament and a HUGE congrats to all the coaches for the great job that they did: Scott, Jason, Steve, and Keith. Friday night started our part in the state tournament; we lost that game. Saturday we won both of our games and Sunday we won both of our games. Monday we one the first game and put up a BIG fight for the second game, but lost 21-20. The boys were so upset about lossing this game. The were so close. They put up a great fight. HUGE CONGRATS GO TO THE COACHES AND THE PLAYERS! WAY TO GO!

GO MOODY GO

We played 2 games yesterday and won both, we played two games today and won both. We play tomorrow (Monday) night at 6 and if/when we win that game we will play again at 7:30. So far we have send home 4 teams.... and the boys say they are ready to to shut out some more..... WAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

State tournament (Friday and Saturday)

OK....here is the scoop so far....we played Friday night and lost by 3....this put us in the losers bracket.....this meant we had to play the early game on Saturday. We won this game so we had to play again at 2....we won this game as well.....go MOODY!!!! This means that we play at 1 on Sunday (against Leeds), if/when we win this game we will play at 4.....

State tournament

The first game for the Moody 8 year old team will be Friday June 13, 2007 at 6:oo pm. I will post after that game. I also hope to get some pictures up for you to see.

Sorry for the delay in posting an update......

Moody took 2nd place in the district tournament. But, we are still going to state. I will try to get some pictures posted.
