Bringing in the new year

Monday night:
Well, lets see......here is how it went down....Mark, Trenity, Corbin, Alisia, Lisa, Eric and Jaxson all came over. We ate hot dogs and hamburgers. Then, the ladies had an very exciting night. We did some scrap booking. Yes, I am in to scrap booking now. It is a lot of fun. I got a starter kit for Christmas. I am working on two books right now. One is pictures of our house being built, the other is Trenton. Once these are complete, I will start Hollie's book and book of misc stuff. I have a had a lot of fun looking back at some old pictures. We did stop to watch the ball drop and give our husbands and children a kiss to bring the New Year.
Tuesday:
Everyone came back over except Alisia, she just had to fly back home. We ate the traditional foods: Turnip greens, peas, and ham; to that we added corn, mac and cheese, cornbread and some turkey. It was ALL good. Then we scrapped some more. Thanks to Trenity we are going to start scrapping again at our church, they used to do it a while back. They have just been off track for a little while.
Tonight will be a little bit rough. I will begin to get everyone back in to their routine; you know, going to bed by 8, getting up early to go to daycare or school, which doesn't start back until the 7th. Anyways, I cant let them stay up late anymore, so it is going to be a bit rough for the rest of the week. Oh well, that is life, right?
