Trenton did well in his first two games Sunday. They lost both of them 8-6, but they played very hard and very well. Hollie's games, what can I say, it was embarssing. Her coach does not know how to coach. During the practices he leaves 9 kids on the field and brings one in to bat. Well, guess what, you can NOT do that. You have to break them up in to small groups (3-5 per group) and have them do something as a group. Leaving 9 kids on the field to WATCH one kid try to hit the ball is stupid. The 9 kids get so bored QUICKLY and end up throwing dirt and not learning anything. So all of the parents are complaing to the park board members. The board members are supposed to be having a meeting to dicsuss what to do. I say the coach needs to step down and let someone else be the head coach. He doesnt want any of the parents helping. It is crazy. Bowling is going good for the kids. They are enjoying that still. Oh yea, yesterrday while walking up the front sidewalk from the bday party next door, we had a rabbit run out of the bushes by the front porch.
I know, the grass needs cut, something is wrong with Jeff's riding lawn mower, but isnt the bunny cute....
