Another season of Ball

So we have not had opening day yet and I am already spending all my time at the park. Hollie is playing softball and Trenton is playing baseball. Practice a few nights a week, no biggie. Last weekend the park hosted a Pre-Season tournament.... It was Thursday-Sunday. We were there Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Hollies team was not in the tournament because some kids were out of town due to spring break so the few that were here were split up to play on the other teams for our park. Hollies team came in second and the other team came in 1st. We were so proud of them! All the girls played great! Trenton's team was in the tournament and got knocked out Saturday night- however, the boys played great as well. Again, opening day is the same weekend as T's birthday. So it will be yet again, another busy weekend. But that is OK. I would not change it!



So for spring break, I was sooooo thankful for my wonderful friends Holli and Chuck and their wonderful kids. They took both my kids for the week! My kids had a blast! I saw them at church a few times, but really got to know Holli on a Women's weekend trip to the RAMP. Well, instantly I knew that I would really enjoy her and love her like a sister! And guess what, I do! I enjoy her and her family and love them all like family! So, we have gotten together a few times outside church and of course had a great time and we always have a great time at church functions. The kids all get along very well, just like brothers and sisters, exxcept for the bickering- they don't bicker!!☺ Well, during Christmas break, Trenton stayed a few days with them and went to work with Chuck and Drew (oldest son) and Trenton, LOVED, LOVED it! So for spring break, Trenton stayed the entire week with them and again, went to work and LOVED every minute of it. Well, they also invited Hollie to stay with them and of course she enjoyed it! I just love them to pieces, all 6 of them, Holli, Chuck, Meghan, Drew, Maddie, and Devin. Wouldn't trade them for anything, and would do anything for them! Again, so thankful for them! Such GREAT Godly, down to earth people!

While looking at the calendar today I realized the kids have 9-10 weeks left of school before summer.... WOW! Crazy!

We have a lot going on at church (World Victory Church) right now, so watch my face book for post about events! One event coming up on March 30th is Choices, a life drama! We are so excited about this! Come join us, it starts at 7 pm.
