Nasty, Nasty

OK, so tonight after I picked the kids up from daycare, they decided that they wanted to eat at Taco Bell. So I go through the drive through and order our food and come home. While I am in the middle of my taco and I notice a black hair....NASTY, NASTY....

I called the store and talked to the manager and told her and she said we can re fix anything that you want....I said" NO, NO, you don't understand, I don't want your food anymore. I want a FULL REFUND. " So she said come in with your ticket and I will refund you. So I went in to get my refund and while I was waiting on the manager to come up there to refund me a customer that had just ordered over heard me say that I wanted a full refund and she asked me what happened. Well, the manager got aggravated with me because I said 'loudly' "THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY FOOD" That was one more customer that they lost, b/c she asked for a refund and left with out food herself....

So do NOT go to Taco Bell in Leeds AL.
