2 weeks of school are gone already.....

WOW, that was fast. Two weeks of school gone already- boy time flies.

Trenton is doing very well. His reading improved over the summer (thanks mom and dad for making read this summer). He likes all his teachers and he likes switching classes. (so far, lets hope it stays this way). He is really enjoying his science class and is really excited about what all they are going to do this year. He seems to be doing very well in all other subjects as well.

Hollie is also doing well in school. Although we did run in to a slight problem. There is one girl in her class that has the same personality as Hollie- so they butted heads for 2 days- so they were both on windy those 2 days, but her teacher has separated them, so hopefully things will get better. Other than that, she loves her teacher and is having fun.

She has been riding the bus this week to school and she kinda likes it. It is so funny to watch T and H because as much as they fight, they really do love each other. He is very protective of each other. He makes sure nothing happens to her on the bus and checks on her when they get on the daycare van in the afternoon to see if she had a good day , etc. It is so sweet. I just wished they acted like that at home.

For me and Jeff, things are calming down with his work hours- still working, but just not as crazy as he was over the last several months. My job is going great. We are both very blessed to have our jobs.

Bowling starts back this weekend, the kids are excited about that. T wants to play basket ball this year instead of baseball. I think he is burned out on baseball since he has been playing for the last 5-6 years. So we will see how that works out. H said she wants to cheer; I told her to get a job. Cheering is expensive, thank goodness we have missed the sign up for that this year. but with her being in school she will know when the next sign up is- maybe she will have a job by then--- lol j/k :).

Well, I guess that is it for now. I will have more to blog about later this weekend with bowling starting and my family coming over tomorrow night so we can celebrate my mom and my sister in laws bday. They both had a bday last week so I am cooking dinner for the family.

hugs and kisses to all... Hope everyone has a great weekend.
