Summer update

WOW, the summer flew by so fast.......

We started out by going on a beach trip with the youth to Laguna Beach. Had a blast. Then we took them to Spring Valley Beach - another great time.

We did a LOT of swimming at Jeff's parents house. Always a blast! Um, lets see what else... Oh yea, we had a bday dinner for my brother- I cooked fried chicken, biscuits, and gravy.... yum.

The summer has been a very fun, busy summer for us, but things will soon slow down and I will be able to blog more. School is getting ready to start back; My kids are getting so big. I know they have to grow, but really, do they have to grow this fast. It seems like yesterday T was going to kindergarten, now he is going to 5th and H is going to kindergarten. She is ready, she is counting the days down. T on the other hand is ready, but nervous he begins changing classes this year. He will have a total of 4 teachers. But it will all be fine.

Well, while my kids are playing and laughing together( beautiful sound) I am going to go get some laundry done and maybe unload the dishwasher and reload it.
